Paint box blue and lid pink. Paint insides if desired. Let dry.
Glue ribbon around edge of box lid, bottom of box, and at the center point of the box. Place lid on box to find the center point.
Make six button stacks of medium and small buttons. Make five button stacks of medium and a bit smaller than medium buttons. Make one button stack of two large buttons. Tie stacks together with floss, knotting on the back.
Glue buttons to box.
Tie a ribbon bow. Glue to top of large buttons.
Optional: make five stacks of buttons. Tie together with floss. Glue evenly around bottom of box for feet.
