Lay frame on scrapbook paper. Trace inside and outside. Cut out. Adhere to front of frame.
Glue ribbon around outside edge of frame.
Use hot glue to adhere fun fur strips around photo opening.
Stack a small Ocean Water button on a large Limeade button. Cut a 3” length of chenille stem. String through both buttonholes of buttons from the top. Twist stems tightly together under buttons. Trim stem ends. Repeat to complete four stacks.
